PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
The role is to assist the Business Development Manager, within a frozen food environment, in the development of products and produce the highest quality samples, to meet certain specific customer sample requirements and deadlines. Responsibilities also include organoleptic evaluations, labelling products and micro analysis. It is expected the candidate possess good administrative skills including Microsoft Office, strong numeric, communication skills and preferably have experience within the food industry. A HND or BSc in Food Science or Technology is desirable but not essential
